Important information regarding mail and package delivery for Venture Out renters and residents.
Mailroom Explained
This guide will walk you through how the mailroom at Venture Out works. It's an easy process, but there are a few key things to remember to ensure you get all your packages and mail without any issues.
Holding & Forwarding
Getting Your Mail
Use Condo Control to request forwarding. Log in, select "Service Request", and choose "Mailroom Request". Please provide address labels with your forwarding address.
- To receive mail in the Venture Out mailroom, it is best to get a P.O. Box.
- Location: Rec Hall
- Hours: Mon - Sat, 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM
- One-time cash deposit: $35
- USPS delivers directly to the mailroom once you have a P.O. Box.
Receiving Packages
FedEx and UPS deliver directly to your specific unit number, not the mailroom. It is extremely important that your full unit number is on the shipping label. Without it, packages may be returned to sender.

Traveling with Your Pet
We know your furry friends are part of the family! To keep Venture Out beautiful and safe for everyone, we have a few simple rules for our pet-owning renters to follow during their stay.
- Walking Your Pet: Dogs must be walked either outside the park or strictly on your own rental property. When leaving your unit, you may walk your dog directly to the front gate only—please do not walk around the park, on neighbors' lots, or in common areas.
- Leash & Numbers: You may have a maximum of 2 pets. Dogs must always be on a leash no longer than 8 feet. For safety and aesthetics, pet fences, pens, or other enclosures are not permitted.
- Staying on Path: When walking to the front gate, please keep your dog on the paved roads. Avoid letting your pet walk on owners' front yards or through their plants.
- Common Grounds: Pets are not allowed on common property at any time. This includes the Store, Recreation Hall, Pavilion, TGIF area, parking areas, and all other shared grounds.
- Bags & Cleanup: If your dog has an accident, please pick it up immediately. Complimentary waste bags are provided on the south side of the flagpole. Always pick up pet waste when walking outside the park as well.
- Unattended Pets: If a dog is left unattended and barking or whining causes a disturbance, the property owner will be notified to resolve the issue.
A friendly reminder: Being a good neighbor helps keep our community a tropical paradise for everyone to enjoy!

Notice: Rules violations are taken seriously to protect our community and can result in a fine to the property owner of up to $1,000.

Boat & Dock Guidelines
Bringing your boat along is one of the best ways to experience the Keys! To ensure a smooth arrival and safe docking, we ask all boat-owning renters to follow these essential steps.
CRITICAL: Verify Your Dock Size
Every lot at Venture Out is unique, and dock dimensions vary significantly across the community. It is mandatory that you confirm the specific dock size with your property manager or owner before arrival. Please ensure the slip can safely accommodate your boat's length, beam, and draft to avoid any issues upon check-in.
Our goal is to keep you on the water and enjoying the sunshine. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and organized place for all Venture Out guests & residents!
